Hang Snatch + Snatch from 2″ Below the Knee

Start around 70-75% and build to 85% of your 1-RM Snatch.
Immediately followed by…
Every minute, on the minute, for 5 minutes (5 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep
Aim to perform these at around 87-90% of your 1-RM Snatch.

20 Alternating Pistol Squats
15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (22.5/15 Kg)
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
20 Alternating Pistol Squats
15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (15/10 Kg)
12 Handstand Push-Ups

Basic

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
20 Alternating Lunge
15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (10/5 Kg)
5 Wall Climb
