Basic
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
200 Meter Run
24 Walking Lunges with Farmer’s Carry (10/5 Kg 2xDBs) or 60 single DB
16 Dumbbell Floor Presses (10/5 Kg 2xDBs) or 40 single DB
