8 Weighted Strict Pull Ups

Aerobic Capacity – Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of (moderate pacing 80%):
100 Double Unders
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
20 Toes to Bar
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (60/50cm)
