*Set 2 – 6 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 70%

Three rounds for time of:
15 Power Clean&Jerk 40/25 Kg
15 Reverse Lunges (24/16 kg KB Goblet Hold)
15 Toes to Bar
